December - March is the best time for Winter Steelhead,
hatchery fish only. Wild fish must be released.
February - August is the best time for summer Steelhead,
hatchery fish only. Wild fish must be released.

June - July is the best time to fish Summer Chinook.

Sturgeon fishing is year around.
February - August is when we do most of are keeper Sturgeon fishing.
May - August is when we do most of are oversized Sturgeon fishing.
Shad
May-June is when we fish for Shad. We combine shad fishing with salmon and sturgeon trips if that is what you're looking for. Or they can just be a great day of family fun. 100+ fish days are very common.
Crabbing
We also offer crabbing trips at Nehalem bay and can combine crabbing with some fall Salmon trips. |
